The Team

Eric and Regina Thibodeaux

Regina and Eric have been managing and owning vacation rentals in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, AL since 2003 with very good success. They are co-owners of Current Tides Vacation Rentals in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, AL.

They also own several single-family homes and multi-family apartment complexes in several states since 2009. Property Management and Real Estate are their true passion. With them being Owners themselves, they truly understand the needs of the Owner and the vacation experience that guests visiting Texas are desiring. They are building a vacation rental property in Fredericksburg, TX. They also launched the Bigger Texas Vacation Rental Fund and are focusing on the Texas Hill Country.

Talia Lockard

Talia had the pleasure of joining the vacation rental industry in 2012.

Beginning her career at HomeAway, she spent 6 years as a top performer quickly transitioning into leadership because of her passion to help others and solve problems.

In 2018, Talia joined Rented where she played a key role in their lease arbitrage business as well as leading sales for their revenue management services and dynamic pricing tools.

Today, she is the Head of Sales at StayFi. Talia joined StayFi in order to help vacation rental operators build vibrant brands and achieve booking independence. She also manages a vacation rental in San Antonio Texas with her husband.

Debi Steigerwald

Eight years ago, Debi was recruited by Vacasa a VR property management company as the first Head of Marketing, at the start of their fast growth period Debi was part of their significant expansion from 1500 to over 15,000 units during that time period. Debi takes pride in the organization, agile process, servant leadership, and celebrating wins. In Debi's time off, she loves to go camping and explore new areas with her two rescue pups and husband.

Amy Ramirez

Manage the Finances, Tax & Investor distributions. 25 years of Accounting & Finance & 6 years Vacation / Short Term Rental Property Management experience, Owner & KP of several Vacation Rental properties & LTR & STR Property Management.
