The guest inquiries will automatically go to the primary address on the account holder. But you can add a second email to your account by going to "Listings>General Info" and add the email in the Secondary Notification Email box.

Guests will submit an inquiry on your HereStays property listing page(s). These inquiries are sent to you via email, and you can also access them in your account dashboard. There are instructions in the email and dashboard messaging that provide the instructions needed to reply to guests. Additionally, as a host you can set up text message notifications, this is a setting in the host profile page. Your cell carrier may charge fees for notifications. 

• Log into your Host Dashboard account
• Click the Listings Tab
• Go to the rental property you are updating 
• Click the Details button
• Use the Photos and Video sectoin on the left navigation bar
• Select photos from your computer, or drag the file over to upload section
• Change, add, upload or reorder photos at any time
• You must own the photos
• No logos or watermarks are permitted on photos
• Upload up to 10 photos at once
• 2MB size maximum

Hosts should invest in professional photography to provide large, high-resolution photos that potential guests want. Professional photography greatly increases the guest that will view your listing, and helps to create inquiries.

Photo Guidelines:

• Minimum 1132 pixels wide x 768 pixels high
• Only landscape (not portrait) photos
• Portrait images will be cropped automatically
• Do not have logos or watermarks on images
• You can add 10 photos in one upload

We are always expanding to new locations. If your property is in a location not currently featured in the website navigation, we will be adding it as soon as your listing profile is complete. If you have any questions, contact our team!
