How to Manage your Rates
Adding Rates from Laptop Computer
- Go to the Listings Tab from your Host Dashboard
- Select the listing, and click Details
- Use the Rates selection on the left navigation menue
- Then select Rates
- To set up rates, you can drag your mouse over the calandar to select a date range, or select a single date to update one rate
- Then add the pricing rates in the box that pops up
- All rates are set up as daily rates, even if you offer weekly or longer term stays
- You can set week day and weekend rates
- Select a minimum stay if you have this requirement
- You can set a day of the week for check-in or check-out if you have this requirement
- Check-out days can be limited to certain days of the week
- And always, click SAVE when you have completed the rate updates
- Extra guest fees are added in the Taxes and Fees section on the left navigation
Deleting Rates
- Go to the Listings Section In the Host Dashboard
- Select the listing, and click Details
- Select Rates from the Left Navigation
- Hover over the rate group you want to remove, and click Delete
- There's a pop up message box and you will change the rate group from Active to Inactive. You will be able to change this back to Active if needed.
- Always remember to click SAVE!!
