How to Cancel a Booking

• If you have iCal connected you need to first remove the booking from that iCal calendar directly. 
• Navigate to the listing on HereStays Host Dashboard by going to Listing and select Details
• Go to the Availability on the left navigation
• Go down to the All Bookings list
• Select the reservation and Edit
• Update the status to Cancelled/Inactive
• Add notes in the details area
• Remember to SAVE
• Important - check your HereStays availability calendar is correctly showing the dates open now
