This gorgeous home offers three spacious bedrooms (3 King & twin rollaway) with two full baths. It also consists of a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area that is completely equipped to handle friends and family gatherings, wine tastings, and an intimate setting, depending on your preferences. The kitchen is fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and other necessities for those wishing to dine in or entertain. It can sleep six people comfortably in beds plus airbeds upon request.

This stunning home is ideal for families and big groups as its marvelous backyard will provide a great space for the little ones to enjoy a small play area meanwhile the grown-ups enjoy a fantastic evening in the fire pit! Additionally, in the house, you can find a laundry area for your convenience. You can also find free parking on-premises.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

*Wood for the fire pit is not provided

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. Nice property but

"The place was great and clean and nice! Only negative was the terrible smell of moth balls. It just penetrated in all my clothes so went to a wedding smelling like that. Brought the smell home with me."

Great house close to Main Street

"Exceptionally clean home just a few blocks off of main. Great Wi-Fi, bedding was great, hot tub was clean and relaxing as well. We Stayed the weekend with another couple and we all had a plenty of space in the home and backyard. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again."

Great space for a Thanksgiving escape

"The property was perfect for a family Thanksgiving celebration. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and well set up. The outdoor space was a standout and where we spent a lot of our time. The kitchen had most of what we needed for meals and plenty of space. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable stay with easy access Main Street and wineries. Thanks!"

Wonderful stay in Fredericksburg

"Perfect location! Several blocks off of Main, so it was nice and quiet but still close enough for a walk home after supper. The owners have thought of and provided all the little things that make this house feel like a home. Our group was 4 adults but the house is well equipped for adults and kids, so very family-friendly. We very much enjoyed our first trip to Fredericksburg and would stay here again."
