LIVING SPACES -

Is your group split between those who like to be outside and those who prefer the comfort of the indoors? Not a problem at Hackberry Retreat! Head outside to watch the game on the flat-screen TV... or cozy up on the sectional sofa inside. Let the kids run off their excess energy in the fenced grassy yard and on the sand volleyball court. Parents, you can keep an eye on them while you soak in the hot tub!

KITCHEN and DINING -

The kitchen will quickly become a popular hangout spot for your group (second only to the spectacular outdoor area!). Pull up a barstool to the sprawling center island and chat with the chefs while they work... or plan the day's Hill Country adventures over your morning coffee. Fully equipped and stocked for cooking, the kitchen features stainless appliancesincluding a double-sided fridge, gas stove, and dishwasherand lots of elbow room and counter space for prepping and chopping. Dig into dinner around the center island for 8 and the adjacent dining table for 4. Or take your meal outdoors to the covered patio, which has seating for at least 10 under the roof cover and string lights. Fire up the gas grill on the patio (also under the roof cover!) for burgers and seared veggies, and bring your s'mores ingredients to the fire pit for dessert.

BED and BATH -

This one-level home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bed features an updated, ultra-comfortable mattress and high-quality linens. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and a starter supply of personal care products.

Primary bedroom suite: King bed, sitting area, attached bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Two double beds.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, comfy armchair for reading!

Bedroom 4: Queen bed.

Bedroom 5: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos.

Bath 2: Hallway bath with tub/shower combo.

Bath 3: Hallway bath with tiled walk-in shower.

Bath 4: Half bath accessed from the main living space

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $79 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the guest may be charged by Cozi to the guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.
