The cozy front porch has seating for two perfect for kicking back while sipping a cold drink. In the living room, a soft leather sofa and armchairs face the mounted HDTV and unique mirrored console table. Cue up your favorite movie or guilty-pleasure TV show and relax with a cocktail and a bowl of buttery popcorn. Wood floors and artistic light fixtures add a chic style to the space.

Next to the living area is the formal dining room, with a table for six surrounded by elegant navy blue wainscotting. The charming kitchen is the perfect mix of efficiency and elegance with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, and a window over the sink that allows the natural light to flow inside. Open shelving artistically houses the dishware and glassware, and a cerulean blue subway tile backsplash adds a pop of color. A built-in bar has plenty of casual seating, and a spacious hallway with eye-catching, vintage-inspired tile floors houses the laundry nook and a small desk area.

In the first of four bedrooms, a restful king-size bed is surrounded by gleaming wood floors and sun-filled windows. This bedroom also includes an HDTV and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a comfy king-size bed with an HDTV. The third bedroom includes two queen-size beds set into dark metal frames and facing the HDTV. The fourth and final bedroom two twin-size beds. The second full bathroom in the home accessible from the hallway has sparkling white subway tiles and double vanity.

The backyard of Cottage on College is a serene oasis with a covered porch and sun-kissed backyard. You'll want to grill some burgers on the gas barbecue and dine alfresco at the picnic table. In the fenced-in yard, Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit ideal for enjoying an evening bottle of wine from a local vineyard while the kids play cornhole nearby.

Cottage on College is the ideal mix of peaceful neighborhood homes and exciting central locations. Relax, unwind, and recharge here while planning an exciting day of enjoying the local hiking, fishing, bike riding, and vineyard visiting. Spend a sunny afternoon exploring the local antique shops and stopping in for lunch at a delicious restaurant. You'll feel like the Texas Hill Country local at this picture-perfect, renovated home that's filled with charm and character.

All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee, which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law. At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority.
