This home offers an open and spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and necessities for those who wish to dine in. Four bedrooms offer an optimal and comfortable night's sleep after a long day of exploring the wineries, Enchanted Rock, and the lively downtown area. There are two bathrooms with walk-showers, one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the Master bedroom. The home also includes a covered porch with seating and a large fenced backyard with Hot Tub. Come have a peaceful and enjoyable getaway with us!

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the Guest may be charged by Cozi to the Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.
