There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

A secondary master suite on this floor also has a king-size bed and private, attached bathroom. Another bedroom is a snug bunk room for kids of all ages with a full-over-full bunk, two twin-over-full bunks, and an attached bathroom. The laundry room sits just at the top of the stairs.

On the penthouse level, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin-size bed. The other has four sets of bunk beds three are twin-over-full and one is twin-over-twin. A game room on this level has a comfy sectional sofa, an arcade-style game, and a walkout to a soaring deck that gives you a birds-eye view of the ocean over the swaying palm treetops.
