With enough luxurious square footage to host up to 25 people with ease, The Estate is the ideal beach house for hosting large groups. With panoramic ocean views, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, a fire pit, and the only private boardwalk down to the beach, The Estate will transport your family and friends directly into the Texas beachfront vacay of your dreams. Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day $5 per person), city park and boat launch.Beach Access: Private dune walkover directly to the beach. Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet....

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Other: There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant.

Sprawling Living and Dining Spaces

The wide-open, multi-level living space features a dramatic floating glass staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows with direct ocean views. Overstuffed leather seating and a flatscreen television make a comfy spot for hanging out with your crew. You'll find yourself pulled outside again and again through the glass doors to the huge oceanfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Relax here with an ice-cold drink while you listen to the sound of the waves against the sand, the call of coastal birdsong, and the gentle offshore breezes rustling the palm trees. Take a deep breath, and feel all your stress wash away with the tide.

The massive kitchen features stunning indigo-blue cabinets topped with gleaming quartz workspaces, stainless steel appliances, and a massive sub-zero refrigerator. A large island has seating for seven people, while two farmhouse-style dining tables have room for 16 more. There's plenty of room here for everyone to linger over warm mugs of coffee and freshly flipped blueberry pancakes in the morning as you plan out your beach day. An adjacent game room is a perfect hang out spot for the kids.

Private, Flexible Sleeping Spaces and Spa-Like Bathrooms

With six generous bedrooms, there's enough space for everyone to find some privacy. On the main floor, the first bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom dubbed the Whale Room has a full-over-full bunk bed with an attached trundle. The third bedroom is called the Mermaid Room and features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with an attached trundle. The Whale Room and the Mermaid Room share a full jack-and-jill bathroom. The fourth sleeping space on the main floor is a queen sleeper sofa in the library.

On the upper level, the elegant, sumptuous master suite will take your breath away. A plush king-size bed carved from sun-bleached wood faces a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that frame a stunning view of the sea. Wake up each morning to this gorgeous view, take your morning coffee out to the upper-level deck space, and watch a cotton-candy-pink sunrise light up the sky. A huge marble en suite bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub. Another bedroom on this level has a full-over-full bunk with an attached trundle, a full-size bed, and an attached bathroom.

Direct, Private Access to Jamaica Beach

When your crew is ready to hit the beach, simply make your way down the private wood boardwalk, slip out of your flip flops, and sink your toes into the warm, sugary sand. At The Estate, you're never more than a few steps away from salty skin and sandy toes. All of the stress of packing up for a beach day sunscreen, ice, snacks, towels, toys, drinks, ugh! simply disappears here.

In the evening, serve up fresh seafood from the gas grill and then gather around the beachfront fire pit think gooey s' mores for the kids and frosty cocktails for the adults. A convenient outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off sun-kissed skin. Ready to go exploring? The Jamaica Beach Pool and Splash Pad, Pleasure Pier, and the Strand are only a quick hop-and-a-skip away.
