Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day $5 per person), city park and boat launch.

Beach Access: The Jamaica Beach access point is only a quick 7 minute walk away.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in the home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Other Things to Note: The bedroom located on the ground floor does not have an attached bathroom. Guests will have to use the exterior stairs to get to the main floor bathroom from this bedroom.

Delightful Beach Cottage Vibes

The open living and dining space has a vaulted ceiling and white shiplap walls. Gorgeous, bleached floors give the whole space a fresh and airy ambiance. Two overstuffed sofas and a plush armchair face the large flatscreen television. Your whole group will love to snuggle up here in the evenings to watch television or host a fun family game night.

In the kitchen, a unique island features a rustic, reclaimed-wood workspace and a tiered bar with seating for three. Crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a striking pendant light fixture provide the perfect space to brew the morning coffee, pack up snacks for the beach, or serve up happy hour cocktails before dinner.

Flexible Sleeping Spaces and a Spa-Like Master Bath

The master suite sits off the living space and has a king-size bed with a painted wood headboard. The master bathroom is a spa-like oasis with a gigantic, custom-built, step-in shower with a built-in bench. Relax here at the end of a long day at the beach while the water cools your sun-kissed skin.

Another bedroom on this floor sleeps six people and has a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle. A second full bathroom on this floor can be accessed from the hallway. Downstairs on the ground level, a super-cool hangout spot for the kids includes a sleeper sofa, flatscreen television, and a full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle.

On the ground level, a huge grassy lawn is fully fenced-in and makes a great spot for the kids or your four-legged family members to romp and play. When you're ready to hit the sand and the surf, the walk to the Jamaica Beach access point is quick and easy. And the popular Jamaica Beach Pool and Splash Pad are right around the corner.
