Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day $5 per person), and city park.

Beach Access: The Jamaica Beach access point is three houses down.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Age Requirement: You must be 24+ to book.

Laid-Back Luxury

The luminous living area is open and cheerful. Crisp white walls and reclaimed wood accent pieces are anchored by the pop of two bright cerulean blue sofas. They face a flatscreen television and a wall of windows that look out over the ocean. So you can choose to curl up here with a great movie, or simply gaze out the windows at the glittering ocean waves.

The heart of the home is the immaculate white kitchen with a large tiered island, tons of bar seating, sleek quartz countertops, and a timeless subway tile backsplash. A custom dining table sits next to the kitchen and has panoramic ocean views. Your whole family will love to hang out here in the mornings with the bright Texas sunshine streaming in, sipping on fresh mugs of coffee as you plan your beach day.

Two Master Suites

Two master suites located at the front of the home offer complete privacy for couples or two families traveling together. The first master suite has a king-size bed, teal linens, and weathered gray wood furnishings. A full attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a door leads out to a private balcony overlooking the peaceful neighborhood. The second master suite has navy blue patterned linens, a private balcony, and a full bath with a step-in shower.

A third cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed. The remaining two bedrooms are flexible bunk rooms with tons of sleeping space for the kiddos. The first bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds, while the other bunk room has two full-over-full bunks, a twin-over-full bunk, three twin trundles, and flatscreen television. An immaculate full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hallway.

Oceanfront Bliss in Jamaica Beach

The pice-de-rsistance to this flawless home is the oceanfront deck you'll find it hard to leave once you've settled in on one of the lounge chairs. The sound of the ocean waves is so relaxing, and the sea breezes are fresh and invigorating. Relax out here in the mornings as you watch the sunrise shoot sparkles over the water. In the afternoons, soak up the sun while immersing yourself in a juicy novel. At sunset, grab a glass of wine and your bestie for some beachfront bonding time.

On the ground floor, a massive covered patio has tons of space for family barbeques. When it's time to hit the beach, the Jamaica Beach access point is a quick walk away. And for an afternoon or a night out on the town, you're only a short drive from the bistros and boutiques of the Galveston Strand.

"second time here and we love it. awesome location, right on the beach. The house has everything you need. So many beds!!!! If you are coming with a large family, or multiple families this is the place for you. Kids will love the bunk beds. 3 minutes drive to Nate's restaurant and a little grocery store- super convenient. Love staying here!"

"Location. Location. Location. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beach access were lovely. There were a decent amount of mosquitoes on the grass/bbq area, which made both unusable. The beach access definitely made up for it!"

"The house was amazing! Everything we had expected and more. Location is great and the house was well appointed! The only thing I would recommend is before anyone gets to the house make sure you have mosquito repellent. It’s not the house but the environment."
