Tranquil and laid-back, this spacious holiday home is located in the popular Pirates Beach community. With sleeping space for 16 guests plus two master suites and a separate hang out space for the kids there's enough comfy square footage for everyone to kick back and find some privacy. A large, tropical outdoor space is fully fenced-in perfect for pets and small children. With a barbeque area, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach, this home is pure Texas vacay bliss. Beach Access: The Pirates Beach access point is .3 miles away a short 30-second drive or five-minute walk.Pet Policy: All pets must be approved before booking. Beach Access: The Pirates Beach access point is .3 miles away a short 30-second drive or five-minute walk.

Pet Policy: All pets must be approved before booking. Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Group Size: Groups larger than 16 must be approved by our team. We love hosting church groups, family reunions etc., but must approve anything larger than 16 people.

Bright and Beachy

The main level great room is beachy and bright, with a mint green vaulted ceiling highlighted by white beams. An overstuffed gray sectional sofa and wicker armchairs create a cool and comfy space for relaxing, resting, and recharging. Around the corner, the pristine kitchen has a charming fish scale backsplash and sparkling white quartz countertops. A peninsula bar, breakfast area, and formal dining table provide a ton of seating space at mealtimes.

Serene Sleeping Spaces

Down a short hallway, the first master suite has a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an attached full bathroom with a laundry room. Across the hall, a bunk room has two twin-over-full-size bunks and sleeps six people. An additional full bathroom can be accessed from the living space.

Up a spiral staircase, the second master suite has a king-size bed and a balcony with views of the swaying palm trees. The newly remodeled master bathroom has a spa-like feel with classic Carrera marble and a step-in shower. Another bedroom on the third floor has a queen-size bed. Back down on the ground level, a camp-like room has a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk. There's also a table and chairs and a flatscreen television older kids will love having their own hang out space.

An Outdoor Paradise

This home has multiple decks and patio spaces. Off the living area, a large covered porch offers plenty of space for soaking up the bright Texas sunshine or hanging out in the shade with a cool drink. On the ground level, your whole family will love the tropical, fully fenced-in landscaping. Fire up the grill and cook up some juicy burgers for dinner, then linger over the coals and roast marshmallows for dessert. A large, farmhouse style outdoor dining table is the perfect place to make sunset mealtime memories.

The coveted Pirates Beach community means your only a short hop away from local grocery stores and shops. The beach access point is also a quick walk or drive from the home. And when you want to explore more of the Texas coast, Pleasure Pier and the Galveston Strand are about 15-minutes away. This family-friendly, casual and breezy Texas home is the place you've been looking for to make your vacay dreams come true.
