With a boat slip and a barbeque area with a charcoal grill, this cozy home is right around the corner from the West End Marina and Restaurants. Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Other Things to Note: The ground level bedroom is not attached to the main house guests must use the exterior stairs to access the main level of the home. For your safety, there are cameras set up on the exterior of the house to monitor the driveway and front door.

A Laid-Back Living Area

The cheerful and sunny living space has sea glass-inspired walls and silvery wood floors. Large windows facing the canal allow the bright sunshine to fill the space, while a vaulted ceiling with dark wood beams adds height. A tweed gray sectional sofa is piled high with fluffy throw pillows and faces a flatscreen television. A rustic, locally-made coffee table and console table add a lovely, relaxed Galveston flair.

The squeaky clean, streamlined kitchen has a convenient quartz-topped island with three bar stools. The same sea glass color of the walls adorns the lower cabinets, while the upper cabinets are crisp white. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to pack up some quick snacks for the beach or prepare an entire dinner for the whole crew. A spacious dining table and a comfy futon provide more seating space.

Three Snug and Serene Bedrooms

Two bedrooms are located just off the living area. The first bedroom is a master suite, with a king-size bed set against a custom wood headboard, charming white shiplap walls, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a locally-made headboard and thoughtful, beachy touches. An additional full bathroom can be accessed from the living area.

Downstairs on the ground level, a third bedroom doubles as a cool hang-out space for the kids and has a queen-size bed, two twin-over-twin-size bunks, and 50-inch flatscreen television.

Tranquil, Canal Front Living

On the main level, single-pane French doors open up to a sprawling, sunny deck space that spans out over the canal below. Bring your morning coffee out here and watch the sunrise, or grab a glass of wine at twilight and sit a spell on the porch swing. This covered outdoor living space will quickly become your family's favorite spot in the house.

Boat owners and fishing fanatics will love with the covered boat lift area below. Bring your gear and fish right from your private dock. Bring your boat and you'll have a safe spot to dock and launch from. When you want to explore the sandy coastline, the Sea Isle Beach access point is about a 2-minute drive away. And for a family dinner out, the West End Marina and Restaurants are right around the corner and the Galveston Strand is a short drive away. For a casual, family-friendly trip to the Texas coast, let this Sea Isle Beach retreat be your family's home base.
