"Great communication from the host. Very nice and quiet location in front of a golf course, various rooms with multiple beds, air conditioning worked great, fans everywhere in case you like them, plenty of towels, clean place. Hot and cold water, internet worked OK, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed our stay with the clear expectation that we were staying at a beach house. Did not use downstairs rooms only upstairs which were comfortable. No issue with mosquitoes as long as you keep doors shut. Kids were happy campers!"
